Johor Bahru, December 12, 2024 – The groundbreaking ceremony for Phase 3 of R&F Princess Cove was held today at the project site, marking the official commencement of full-scale construction. The event brought together over 100 guests, including top management from R&F Properties Malaysia and representatives from key construction partners: CSCEC Third Bureau, CCECC Malaysia, and Tianli Property Construction Malaysia.
